I am happy to report another strong month of real estate activity on the barrier island in Vero Beach, Florida. Inventory is low, and prices are starting to increase.
In the month of September 2015, 56 properties sold on the barrier island (29 single family homes and 27 condos); twelve of those properties were sold for more than $1,000,000.
100 properties on the barrier island are currently under contract and waiting to close.
