It is my pleasure to provide you with valuable market information for houses and condos sold on Vero Beach's barrier island within the month of August 2015.  There are currently 399 properties for sale, with 108 under contract.  A total of 42 properties sold on the Barrier Island, as compared to 34 properties during the same time period last year.
