Ocean Pearl is nestled in the small town of Indian River Shores, long identified by its pristine beaches and controlled growth. Indian River Shores is one of five incorporated municipalities in Indian River County, located on the east coast of central Florida. The town’s seven square miles lie along State Road A1A, between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, adjacent to the City of Vero Beach.

The Town of Indian River Shores consists primarily of low-density, gated residential communities. Approximately 3,650 year-round residents enjoy the semi-tropical climate, with that figure nearly doubling during the winter months.
