Island Club in Vero Beach Florida is a wonderful gated community located on the barrier island just north of Indian River Shores. It is really two separate communities on Island Club and the other is Riverside at the Island Club. Island Club and Riverside have their own beach access, a day dock, one tennis court, two pools, two club houses, exercise room, party room.

The front section is Island Club which is closer to the beach and has sidewalks. The homes in here are older built in the late 90's, There is a lake, small club house, pool and a tennis court. The Island Club houses generally are listed in the 300 to low 400's. Homes range from 1500 to 2500 under air. The floor plans and models range from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The fee now is $990 a quarter that includes lawn, shrubs, irrigation, mulching twice a year and trash. There is onetime capital contribution of $990.

Riverside at the Island Club has newer larger homes; some are on the lake others back up to Marbrisa. Riverside also has houses overlooking the Indian River and Jungle Trail which have great views of the intracoastal.
