The Sands on the Ocean has a stunning lobby which over looks the ocean with lots of glass and light. The Sands on the Ocean was built in 1983 with 16 floors and have 1200 to 1600 sq feet under air.Some come with garages.You can have pets but their is pet weight. The fees at The Sands on the Ocean are $1600 a quarter which covers Citv,water sewer,trash and others.Minimum rental is two months and a $100 application fee.
