About Vero Beach

Vero Beach is a wonderful beachside community comprised of many areas.  The North Beach area is located north of the Wabasso Causeway (CR 510) and has many homes that are Oceanfront Homes and also has the prestigious subdivision of Windsor.  The Central North area is located generally in Indian River Shores north to the Wabasso Causeway.  The Central Beach area is generally south of Indian River Shores, and north of the 17th Street Bridge.  There are many areas in Central Beach that are not gated and have no maintenance fees, however you can also find beautiful oceanfront and riverfront properties in Central Beach.  South Beach in Vero is south of the 17th Street Bridge and continues to the Indian River County line.  There are many gated and non-gated communities with oceanside and riverside homes.
